A Lincoln Fire investigator says a fire at the Al Nor Market near 27th and Pear Street on February 18th was deliberately set. LFR Public Information Officer MJ Lierman says the fire broke out around 10:30 and extra units were called after arriving crews found flames inside the business and smoke from floor to ceiling.
It took about 45 minutes to get the fire under control and the damage amount hasn’t been released. A second alarm was called due to the size of the building and reports that the was more than one fire inside.
