After a successful kickoff to this year’s Brews at the Zoo series, the Lincoln Children’s Zoo is preparing for the first-ever Country Night edition of the adults-only fundraiser. The 21-and-over event is set for this Saturday from 6-11 p.m.
Zoo Director of Communications Erin Lenz says it will feature live country music from Tyler Anthony, line dancing instruction, local craft beer, cider and seltzer tastings, and after-hours access to the zoo, including animal encounters.
Lenz says proceeds from the event support animal care, conservation efforts, and educational programs at the Lincoln Children’s Zoo. Tickets are expected to sell quickly and are available by clicking here.
