The driver killed in a crash at Highway 77 and Warlick Blvd last Friday has been identified. An LPD accident report shows a semi was north on Highway 77 and had a green light when a car driven southbound by 24-year-old Jayme Karash of Lincoln made a left turn in front of the semi.
After the collision, both vehicles ended up in a ditch and Karash was taken to a Lincoln hospital where she died. The semi driver was not hurt.
