A Snow Emergency remains in effect for The City of Lincoln. Parking is banned on both sides of emergency snow routes, arterial streets and school and bus routes.
LTU Crews are out plowing those roads, but the City says progress will be limited until the snow stops falling and the winds subside. Many streets are snow covered and visibility has been reduced due to the blowing snow.
A Winter Storm Warning remains in effect until 6 p.m. tonight.
