Nebraska men’s basketball is still undefeated.
NU topped Cal State Fullerton 85-72 Sunday afternoon. The Huskers improved to 7-0, their best start since the 1992-93 squad began the season with seven consecutive victories.
Nebraska used a 13-3 run to race out to an early lead that would never get relinquished. Big Red led by as much as 19 en route to the 13 point win.
The Huskers shot 46.6 percent from the floor, making 12-of-30 3s.
Rienk Mast led the way with 19 points and nine rebounds. Keisei Tominaga (17), Brice Williams (14), Juwan Gary (13), and Jamarques Lawrence (11) also reached double-figure scoring.
Nebraska gets some extended rest to close out November before hosting No. 8 Creighton next Sunday.
