Lied Center Unveils 2023-24 Virtual Season Lineup

World class Lied Center performances are coming right to your living room, smart phone, or where ever you are, this season.

The popular program birthed during the pandemic will offer a 9-show virtual season package of Lied Center performances that can be live-streamed from anywhere you are. The $99 package includes live webcast tickets to all 9 events coming to the Lied stage this season, and individual shows are available for $20.

The 9 shows in the package include:

  • Emanuel Ax, 7-time Grammy Award-winning pianist (September 24, 2023 at 4:00pm)
  • Jake Shimabukuro, Often referred to as the “Jimi Hendrix of the ukulele” (October 12, 2023 at 7:30pm)
  • Not Too Far Distant – A New World War II Era Play by Becky Boesen (November 8, 2023 at 7:30pm)
  • Behzod Abduraimov, a rising classical musical/pianist star (December 5, 2023 at 7:30pm)
  • Drum Tao, A world renowned taiko drumming troupe (March 7, 2024 at 7:30pm)
  • Trinity: Classically Irish, With Special Guest Mairead Carlin (March 14, 2024 at 7:30pm)
  • Jon Nakamatsu, 1997 Van Cliburn International Piano Competition Gold Medalist (April 7, 2024 at 4:00pm)
  • Susan Werner, Iowa native singer/songwriter phenom (April 20, 2024 at 7:30pm)
  • The World Famous Glenn Miller Orchestra (June 17, 2024 at 7:00pm)
