A 27 year old man was arrested after Lincoln Police say he threatened three teenage girls with a pocketknife near 12th and F Street around 4:00 Monday afternoon.
Arriving officers were told that there was an argument between children. They learned that Trevor Wilson had threatened three of the girls, ages 13-17, with an open pocketknife. “Upon seeing the arriving officer, Wilson fled into the alley,” says Sergeant Chris Vollmer.
The officer caught up with Wilson but Vollmer says he pushed off the officer in an attempt to further flee. “The officer deployed his Taser and was able to restrain Wilson until additional officers arrived,” Vollmer says.
Wilson was taken into custody and transported to an area hospital for an evaluation. He was medically cleared and transported to jail.
Wilson was booked for Terroristic Threats, Resisting Arrest and Failure to Comply.
