Lincoln Police arrested two men after finding 114 grams of marijuana and 3 grams of meth Monday afternoon. Captain Todd Kocian says officers were preparing to serve a search warrant at a home near 24th and Lynn St when an officer saw 40 year old Blake Jones arrive in a vehicle and then leave a short time later.
Police pulled the car over and also found 45 year old Quincy Jones in the vehicle. In addition to the marijuana, officers also found $1,264 cash during a search of the vehicle.
During a search of the home, officers discovered the meth. Quincy Jones was cited and booked into jail for possession of controlled substance with the intent to deliver, possession of money in violation of a drug law and driving during revocation.
Blake Jones was cited and booked into jail for possession of a controlled substance.
