The Los Angeles Dodgers and the baseball world as a whole lost a broadcasting legend. Vin Scully passed away yesterday at the age of 94. He called all the Dodger greats. All the way from Jackie Robinson to Clayton Kershaw. Vin Scully called my beloved Atlanta Brave Hank Aaron’s 715th home run. He had the perfect words and yet he always seemed to know when to just let the moment be. And for a kid who thought about getting into calling baseball for a while, he was someone you had to know even if you weren’t a fan of the team. To the legend, Vin Scully.
