A Happy Ending In Flagstaff…Yes, THAT Kind Of Happy Ending

They are everywhere, the “Happy Ending” massage parlors. After living in Arizona, they are especially popular in Arizona (not that I would know anything about that…a friend told me).

Being that smaller towns are less likely to have these places of comfort and ill repute, the towns are pretty well aware of them. Flagstaff is one of those kind of places.

So how do bust a place that does this? One would assume that law enforcement would have to partake in these activities in order to make sure the massage parlor was in fact making sure their clientele was leaving with a smile on their face. And well, that is exactly what happened when LE paid their fee…5 different times.

While you and I know that it should only take 1 time to confirm that a handy is on-tap, but it seems that these officers wanted to confirm that this is on the regular menu four more times.

Here is the rub (pun intended), in the state of Arizona does not allow for law enforcement to take part in illegal activities in order to make a bust, but Federal Law does. So who get in trouble and who doesn’t?

At this point, the officers are in trouble and the Jack-shack is off the hook, since the evidence was not gathered legally.
