Lincoln Police are investigating an unusual stolen vehicle case. Sergeant Chris Vigil says around 1:00 Tuesday morning a man was sitting in his vehicle at the Georgetown Apartments at 71st and Van Dorn.
“An unknown male approached the victim and knocked on the window, saying he needed help with a dog. When the victim exited his vehicle to help the man, the man quickly jumped into the driver’s seat and sped off in the vehicle.”
