Happy 52nd Birthday Dave Grohl! The Foo Fighters released another song from their upcoming album Medicine at Midnight this morning called “Waiting on a War.” Dave apparently wrote the song after his daughter Harper asked him last year if the United States was going to go to war. Medicine at Midnight comes out February 5th.
Also coming out February 5th is a Foo Fighters sake!!! The boys have teamed up with Japanese sake company Tatenokawa to make a sake just for the release of the new Foos album. The sake is called HANSHO which translates to “midnight.” Of course a video had to be made to promote it…
And in the last bit of Foo news for today…the Foo Fighters have teamed up with Vans to create 25th anniversary Foo Fighters shoes. Yes, even though I am a Converse girl and have 20 pairs of Chucks (all different colors) in my closet, of course I’m going to buy Foo Fighters Vans!! Maybe 2 pair! One to wear, one to display…or depending on how expensive they are, I’ll just print a picture of them and dream…we’ll see…
